Payment Options
A NZD $500 deposit is required to reserve your place. Your deposit is not refundable.
Remainder of payment is required by 1 October 2026 to confirm earlybird pricing unless a payment plan is arranged.
Please select your preferred payment option when completing your booking, or contact us if you'd like to discuss an alternative arrangement.
Cancellations & Refunds
Your NZD $500 deposit secures your place on the retreat and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If you cancel your booking:
Before 1 October 2026: Any payments made beyond your deposit will be refunded, less a 15% administration fee.
From 1 October 2026 to 28 February 2027: A refund of any payments made beyond your deposit (less the 15% administration fee) will only be available if we are able to fill your place from the waitlist or through a new booking.
From 1 March 2027: No refunds can be provided.
If the retreat reaches capacity, we will maintain a waitlist and contact those people first should a place become available.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance as soon as you book. Your policy should cover cancellation, illness, injury, travel disruption and any other circumstances that may prevent you from attending.
Guests are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, health and travel requirements for entry into Indonesia.
